One of our primary activities is to promote workplace diversity. We are struggling to integrate our 35 candidacies from Hijra, transgender, and intersex individuals; those are highly required jobs in the current movement. Many barriers and false beliefs exist among Hijra, transgender, and intersex people, creating stigma and discrimination in the labor market. On November 11, 2022, the 4th CV and skills mapping workshop taught us how to create earning opportunities by not only promoting gender diversity at the workplace but also supporting them to start small businesses or engage them in social entrepreneurship. Following the mapping of all participants’ skills, we identified a young potential artist whom ZE PROJECT intends to assist in restarting a small business by providing a laptop. Other participants discovered significant potential for progress, which will be planned in the future based on limited resources.
